My... My... My...

This is what Lydia assembled on her own this afternoon- a little bit of Halloween leftovers and Walmart clearance and VOILA!

She looks like she belongs with Jem!

Hubba Bubba

It's ALL fun & games until...
someone gets their eye sealed shut!!!

Good Morning Monday

Lydia: "Mom?"
Me: silence (I was sleeping)
Lydia: "MOM?"
Me: still sleeping
Lydia: "Mom!?"
Me: audible sigh...
Lydia: "MOM!?"
Me: silently in denial
Lydia: "MOM!!!"
Me: "What!"
Lydia: "Are you awake yet?"
Me: "Hmmf."

A "For Real" Scare

You know you've entered a new stage of (fun) parenting
when your child can successfully plan and scare you...
"for real" scare you...
like "hide under a bed and grab your ankle
and cause you to scream" scare you!!!!!

- never a dull moment

Clairol Strikes Again

Yep... Again!

Glow Explosion

We bought a really cool Crayola product this weekend.  It's Glow Explosion SAND.  We couldn't wait, so as soon as we got home, we busted open the package to get started.  You mix up the sand with the glow activator.  Then we poured it into two shaped containers.  It was CRAZY BRIGHT!!!!!!!  The glow was seriously shocking.  What a fun time!

Yes! We Have No Bananas

My kids like Dunkin' Donuts MUNCHKINS.  Well, who doesn't.... right!?
SO, I picked them up a box this week and they gobbled a good amount.  After they had their fill, they left 6 little yummies as leftovers.

The next morning at the breakfast table they made their breakfast requests, which of course included the 6 little yummies.  Too bad their dad sniffed out those 6 little yummies and helped himself to them before the kiddos even woke up.  He did feel compelled to keep their little dream box full though.

I took a picture of what they were offered in place of their 6 little yummies.

I SHOULD have taken a picture of their miffed little faces.

No Need To Hunt

Lately we're doing a lot of Easter egg hunting around the house.  At times, the kids hide the eggs for each other.  As the picture clearly shows, I think Luke could use a new "hiding" partner.
